These are digital books. Once a download link has been used, the product has been delivered and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense. We still offer refunds, because a reader who feels misled is worse for us than a refunded order.

Email hello@revopsbooks.com within 30 days of purchase, quote the email address you bought with, and we will refund in full. You do not have to explain why. We may ask, because the answer is usually useful, but an answer is not a condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

If a download link fails or expires before you have retrieved your files, that is not a refund situation — email us and we will send fresh links.

You are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to read the volume or volumes you purchased, in PDF form, on any devices you personally use. You may print a copy for your own use.

You may quote from the books with attribution — title, author, and where relevant the chapter — as you would any published work. You may use what you learn in your own company without restriction; the books exist to be applied.

You may not redistribute the PDF files, upload them to a shared drive or file-sharing service, or resell them. If you want copies for a team, buy them — there are multi-seat options on the for-teams page, and we will invoice directly for larger orders.

The free sample chapters published on this site may be shared and linked freely.

Delivery is immediate. After payment you are returned to a confirmation page carrying a download link for each volume you bought, and the same links are emailed to the address you gave at checkout.

Download links are signed and expire after 7 days. This is a limit on the link, not on your licence — if a link expires, email hello@revopsbooks.com and we will issue new ones.

There are no customer accounts, so there is nothing to log into and no password to lose. Keep the files once you have downloaded them.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this site.

Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout where required.

This site runs Google Tag Manager, which loads Google’s analytics on our behalf. It records which pages are visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site or search referred it. It sets cookies to recognise a returning browser. We use this to learn which writing people actually read.

We do not use it to build advertising audiences, and we do not sell or share what it collects. Nothing you type on this site — your cart, your email, your payment details — is sent to it. If you would rather not be measured, any browser-level tracking blocker stops it, and the site works identically without it.

Two things are stored in your own browser and never transmitted except at checkout: your cart, and the page you first arrived on. Both live in your browser’s local storage and can be cleared at any time by clearing site data.

When you buy, the page you were on and how you arrived are attached to the Stripe payment record. We use that to understand which writing leads to sales. It is not linked to advertising, is not sold, and is not shared.

Stripe holds your email address and payment record as the payment processor. We can see your email address so we can deliver your books and answer support requests. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
